The Lakeland distribution center with freezer and cooler contains a structural system, which consists of precast concrete walls and insulated metal panels attached to a conventional steel frame system. Following this project was a 60,000 SF Phase II addition with office and freezer space. The Pompano Beach facility contains a distribution center with a freezer and cooler. The dry warehouse area was constructed with a pre-engineered metal building made by Butler Manufacturing. Features include a MR-24 standing seam roof system and precast concrete walls. The freezer/cooler area was constructed of 10-inch insulated wall panels attached to a conventional structural steel framing system.
