Project Overview
The Lakeland distribution center with a freezer and cooler contains a structural system, which consists of precast concrete walls and insulated metal panels, attached to a conventional steel framing system. A 60,000 SF Phase II addition, included office and freezer space.
The Pompano Beach distribution facility contains a freezer and a cooler. The dry warehouse area was constructed with a pre-engineered metal building. Features include a MR-24 standing seam roof system and precast concrete walls. The freezer/cooler area was constructed of 10-inch insulated wall panels, attached to a conventional structural steel framing system.
