Dad’s Cookies

This Design/Build Project was constructed with Precast Roof and Wall Panels to facilitate a “Fast Track” construction schedule. The building, in excess of 800 feet long, houses a 600 feet long cookie baking line. The production line includes ingredient mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
