Register Construction has been Flowers Foods Bakeries’ contractor of choice for over 35 projects in the past 28 years. This includes over 2.5 million square feet in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Texas and Kansas. These projects were Construction Management at Risk and the scope of work included the preparation and scheduling of ovens, proofers, coolers, and all conveying systems.

The Newton, North Carolina, Flowers Foods facility is 210,000 SF and was completed and baking product in only four months and 17 days from notice to process. Due to the client’s special needs, Register worked 18 hours a day to complete the facility five months ahead of the typical construction time.

Bardstown, Kentucky is a 180,600 SF Baking Facility that was completed 96 days ahead of schedule.

The Villa Rica, Georgia Flowers Foods facility added 68,000 SF to its existing facility. It was completed one month ahead of schedule while the facility continued production.
