This construction management project included a renovation of a 100-year-old two story historical museum, with a basement. The scope of work involved excavation, waterproofing, interior demolition, installation of an elevator shaft in the middle of the building, and uses finishes that maintain the original Victorian Architectural design. The construction schedule was accelerated to meet the Owner’s needs and the project was completed two months ahead of schedule.
