Project Overview
This 468,000 SF tilt-wall facility, completed in five months, includes 8,000 SF of office space and 98 dock doors, 34’ tall. The facility was constructed on a fast-track schedule to meet urgent storage needs and to gain major cost savings from lease extension costs.
