Register Construction has partnered with Flowers Foods Bakeries for many years, completing over 35 projects. These projects total over 2.5 million square feet across multiple states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Tennessee, Kansas and Texas. These projects were Construction Management at Risk and the scope of work included the preparation and scheduling of ovens, proofers, coolers, and all conveying systems.

Project Specific examples of expedited scheduling and cost- savings:

Newton, North Carolina, 215,000 SF was completed and baking product in four months and 17 days from notice to process. Register worked 18 hours a day to complete the facility five months ahead of the typical construction time. Bardstown, Kentucky, 180,000 SF new baking facility was completed 96 days ahead of schedule.
Villa Rica, Georgia, 65,000 SF addition was completed one month ahead of schedule, while the facility continued production.
